MEDA, an international economic development organization with a mission to create business solutions to end poverty, is hosting Lancaster’s first-ever World Night Market on Friday, May 19, from 6–10 p.m. The Night Market will be held on the 100 block of N. Queen Street in Binns Park and Lancaster Square.
Night markets originated in Asian cultures and take place just after dusk with tented vendors, food and musicians who gather together to create a unique atmosphere with all the smells, sounds and activities of a bustling marketplace.
The Lancaster Night Market will feature live music, international food, tuktuk rides and more! And the best part is that this unique, family-friendly event is free to attend and pay-as-you-go.
