600 Calorie "Healthy Selections" from Iron Hill Brewery

WILMINGTON, DE – Iron Hill Brewery & Restaurant, the popular food and drink destination with seven area locations, offers new dining options with their Healthy Selections, tasty and satisfying dishes that are under 600 calories apiece.

“People are watching their calories these days, so we decided to create a section of our menu dedicated to low calorie dishes. When we put these dishes together, our main goal was to come up with flavorful plates that wouldn’t taste ‘low cal’,” says Director of Culinary Operations Kevin Davies.

Following the introduction of a new menu this Fall, Iron Hill’s Healthy Selections have already become favorites among regulars and newcomers alike. The new dishes include:

Black Pepper-Crusted Ahi Tuna – 521 calories – served over a lentil salad with spinach, grape tomatoes and shallots with port wine vinaigrette (pictured above)
