Avalon Introduces New Hand Carved Cheese and Charcuterie Table

West Cheater, Pa. – If you are a cheese & charcuterie lover, then Avalon Restaurant’s new hand carved cheese and charcuterie table is a must try! Owner operators John & Michelle Brandt-Lee present a  beautiful display of hand carved meats, artisan cheeses and unique condiments. With help from Emilio Mignucci of Di Bruno Brothers, cheese selections include staples like a Bertozzi “Riserva” Reggiano , Caccio Di Roma and an Extra Creamy Gorgonzola Dolce along with seasonal farm cheeses from smaller local productions like California’s Andandte Farms and Pete Dempsher’s Fresh Goat’s Milk Basket Cheese. Charcuterie selections include cured meats from Bryan Sikora of Talula’s Table like Birchrun Farms Beef Breasola, Spicy Copa and Triple Hickory Smoked Juniper Sausage, as well as, more familiar imported items like Proscittu Di Parma & Sweet Casalingo Salami. Unique condiments complete the experience with items like, Strawberry – Balsamic Jam, Amerena Wild Cherries, Imported Truffle Honey, 12yr Aged Balsamic Vinegar and Mustarda Di Fruita.

Avalon Restaurant serves dinner Tuesday thru Sunday starting at 5PM and features a $25 three course price fix with complimentary wine Sunday thru Thursday.
