The Night School is a chartered non-profit and we can sure use all the community support we can get!
CCNS partners with the Kitchen Workshop in Paoli, Albertson’s Cooking School in Broomall/Bryn Mawr, Collier’s Wine Shop just over the DE border and also this term with the Strawberry Bakery in Frazer.
We’re offering 43 different classes at these venues. Here are a few examples:
“Fire in the Kitchen: Singles Cooking Class” … Fri. 4/18
“Grill of My Dreams” … Sat. 5/17
“Cooking for One or Two” … Thurs. 4/10
“Into Single Malt Scotch Whisky” … Tues. 4/1 and 4/8
“Winning Wines Under $20” … Tues. 4/29
“If the Choux Fits: Crème Puffs” … Sat. 3/29
You’ll see all the classes listed on our website: www.chestercountynightschool.org – click the “Culinary Arts” button on the left. Spring session starts soon — March 24 — and runs through the end of May.
