We will also have our newest product available, Jolokia Haze Sauce, which was not available until after the market closed last year – more on that later.
We have some exciting news also; Chile Spot has just been accepted into the “PA Preferred” program sponsored by the Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture. This is a partnership with the Department of Agriculture and businesses that produce and feature Pennsylvania ingredients. We are exicted about this program as it fits very nicely with the focus of the West Chester Growers Market’s emphasis on “Buy Fresh, Buy Local”. They also provide some marketing for us.
Introducing Jolokia Haze Sauce – our hottest product ever! Featuring the Bhut Jolokia chile pepper, recently named the hottest chile pepper in the world at over 1,000,000 scoville units. We blend a healthy amount of Bhut Jolokia, Scotch Bonnet and Chocolate Habanero chile peppers with lime and garlic to develop this wonderful blend of both extreme heat and flavor. We do not use pepper extracts! Limited Supply. These are offered at $10 for the 5oz bottle. We introduced this at a show recently where it was received very well – in fact we sold all that we brought! Try what everyone was talking about this Saturday!
