Wachovia Center Adds Upscale Chophouse

WACHOVIA CENTER ADDS UPSCALE CHOPHOUSE

“THE CADILLAC GRILLE” TO BECOME ONE OF PHILADELPHIA’S PREMIERE DINING EXPERIENCES WITH TOP LOCAL CHEF LEADING MENU

Sports and entertainment fans in Philadelphia will enjoy an unmatched dining experience in the recently remodeled, newly named “The Cadillac Grille” on the Club Level of the Wachovia Center.  Complete with the addition of an accomplished chef at the reigns of an upscale menu, The Cadillac Grille is now open for members to enjoy at all Wachovia Center events.

“Our goal is to provide a total entertainment experience for our fans each and every time they visit the Wachovia Center,” said Global Spectrum Chief Operating Officer John Page.  “Based on input from our fans, they expressed interest in a high-class steakhouse and with The Cadillac Grille, we are delivering the ultimate dining experience.”

Brian Kanak – a highly accomplished chef – is the new Executive Chef of The Cadillac Grille.  Chef Kanak previously served in the kitchen at some of Philadelphia’s top restaurants, including Capital Grille and Stephen Starr’s Buddakan and El Vez.  Club Level members dining at The Cadillac Grille can select from a brand new menu developed by Chef Kanak, featuring mouthwatering filets, unbeatable porterhouses, and supreme rib eye from the nation’s best choice meats, a variety of fresh fish, pasta selections, veal, and poultry.  For the first time in the Wachovia Center’s history, members can enjoy dinner and order from the full menu at The Cadillac Grille before, during, and after the game without preordering.

“We look forward to sharing Brian’s culinary talent with all of the members and establishing The Cadillac Grille as one of Philadelphia’s premier restaurants,” said Aramark’s Brad Scott, Resident District Manager who oversees concessions and dining at the Wachovia Complex.  “We are confident our new menu will provide guests with a memorable dining experience during their visit to the Wachovia Center.”

Based on similar qualities of excellence, Comcast-Spectacor partnered with Cadillac to name the newly renovated upscale chophouse.  The food, service, and environment of The Cadillac Grille will mirror the “best of the best” quality and distinction that has impressed Cadillac drivers since 1902.  In addition to hospitality opportunities and signage throughout the Wachovia Center, the partnership includes benefits for Cadillac owners to enjoy at The Cadillac Grille.

“The Cadillac legacy is one of excellence and luxury, so The Cadillac Grille is truly a welcomed extension of our brand,” said Karen Rafferty, marketing manager for Cadillac in GM’s Northeast region. “Customers can expect that their dining experience at the Cadillac Grille will mirror the ‘best of the best’ driving experience that our brand continuously delivers.”

Formerly know as Victors Club, The Cadillac Grille at the Wachovia Center is open to members for all events including Flyers, 76ers, concerts and family shows.  Memberships are now available by calling (215) 389-9545.
