WILMINGTON, DE – Throughout February and March, the region’s most celebrated brewery and dining destination, Iron Hill Brewery & Restaurant, will offer a Angus Top Sirloin Dinner at all seven of their award-winning locations. Every night, in addition to their a la carte dinner menu, each Iron Hill Brewery & Restaurant will serve a two-course salad and steak meal for $17.95.
“Our affordable two-course dinner is a great match for one of our hand-crafted beers, and an ideal way to beat the recession!,” says Kevin Davies, partner/Director of Culinary Operations.
The menu begins with a Wedge Salad of crisp iceberg lettuce, dressed with creamy blue cheese or ranch. The entrée is a Char-Grilled Top Sirloin, served alongside Three-Cheese Macaroni with cheddar, fontina and gruyere cheeses and an exotic mushroom sauce.
Suggested House beer pairings for the menu will be Vienna Red Lager a European-style, medium bodied amber beer with a delicate malt aroma and a clean, crisp finish to match with the first course and Pig Iron Porter, a dark beer with a roasted character and well balanced bitterness to go with the steak.
