It’s official… the WIN restaurant group (Teikoku, Flavor, Azie and more…) are taking over the old Roux 3 site in Newtown Square, PA.
They will be doing an American style steakhouse called Parker’s Prime, after Win and Sutida Somboonsong’s youngest child, Parker. The wine list is being put together with the help of Italian winemaker and importer, Gino Razzi. He is know locally for his Penns Woods Winery. A late summer/early fall 2009 opening is being planned.
