Ravioli de Champignon Sauvages, Sauce Ivoire wild mushroom raviolis with a thyme scented butter sauce.
Veloute de Cannellini Blanc au Truffes white bean soup finished with cream and truffles, julienned pheasant, served tableside.
Mahi Mahi aux Herbes en Croute herb crusted mahi mahi, sauteed shiitake mushrooms, tomato butter sauce.
“The Butcher’s Tenderloin”~pan seared hanger steak with Bearnaise sauce and truffled French fries.
