Brandywine Cooking School’s Holiday Fare Course

Brandywine Cooking School makes the perfect gift for anyone who has everything and has been everywhere.  You don’t need to be a great cook to enjoy the class, the two-day cooking extravaganza allows a small group of food-savvy people to tackle new recipes, aside professional chefs, all while enjoying the luxury of the Hamanassett Bed and Breakfast.

With a year-long schedule of overnight sessions, whether you want to come solo, or come as a couple, the themed cooking school allows participants to tackle menus for romantic dining, Brandywine Valley foods, Edwardian Era eats, and of course, holiday affairs.

Here’s all the information you’ll need to attend the course occurring Sunday, November 7 into Monday, November 8:

Start the holiday season with a hands on culinary experience creating traditional English holiday fare for your own special season festivities.  Everything from a buttocks of beefe, fish and fowl most faire, Yorkshire Pudding and all the proper trimmings and accompaniments including the ubiquitous Christmas Pudding.  The package includes two nights accommodations (Nov. 7-8) breakfast each morning, full hands-on class and lunch and dinner featuring the menu prepared by the class. Price for a couple is $700, a single person is $625 and the class portion only without accommodations is $250.
