Dolores Winston, the notorious proprietor of Dolly’s Dish, made her triumphant return to the
Phoenixville culinary scene earlier this year when she premiered at Phoenixville Farmers' Market.
Years prior, since the '80's, Winston had established herself at her north side eatery that featured the
delectable Dolly’s Custard Sweet Potato Pie.
It’s the same winning dish that she’s been serving all season at the farmers' market, with the help of her
apprentice, Carlas Rich, her 14 year-old grandson. Learning the tricks of the baking trade from his
grandmother, once he finishes college, it’s all his.
Dolly's Dish sells pies in 3″, 6″, 8″, and 10″ sizes that range in price from $3.00 to $11.00.

What's even better is that each week at the market, one of her incredibly-good spiced pies
