In honor of Halloween weekend, the October 29 Phoenixville Fan of the Week goes to two lucky winners, “Jeff Rucinski” and “Jason Elberson,” for their comments on the best meal they ever ate in the Philadelphia area, Chester County included. Both entries spouted that their favorite meal came from Phoenixville-based restaurants, including Black Lab Bistro and Becca’s. Both winners win a pair of tickets to this weekend’s foodie extravaganza, the Philadelphia Food & Wine Festival at the Valley Forge Convention Center.
