It’s one of the best beer months, so of course Firecreek Restaurant is celebrating with a perfectly-paired beer dinner, hosting four well-done courses aside four Sam Adams’ brews. The dinner will be served in the eatery’s private dining room tomorrow, Wednesday, October 13 at 6 pm, and will cost guests $65 per person.

FIRST COURSE
Pistachio Crusted Baked Brie + fresh honeycomb + baby arugula + grilled rustic bread
Paired with Sam Adams Boston Lager
SECOND COURSE
Pumpkin and Lobster Risotto + tempura lobster + Crispy prosciutto + tarragon nage
Paired with Sam Adams Latitude 48
THIRD COURSE
Pan Seared Pork Tenderloin + caramelized cauliflower puree + Spicy pumpkin chutney + asparagus + shitake mushroom fricassee + Spatzle + rosemary oil
Paired with Sam Adams Octoberfest
FOURTH COURSE
Berry Tiramisu + liquor infused berry sauce + fresh berries + whipped cream
Paired with Sam Adams Blackberry Witbier
