The Brandywine Valley Wine Trail is partnering with Catherine’s Restaurant in Unionville to host a wine and food pairing event this Thursday, October 28 at 6 pm. Catherine’s chef Kevin McMunn will prepared a multi-course dinner menu that will be paired with wines from the wineries on the wine trail. Lance and Val Castle, co-owners of Black Walnut Winery, and one of the other winemakers of the trail will be presenting the wines at this upcoming dinner. Keep note, wineries of the local trail plan to hold similar dinners on a regular basis going forward.
