Two 2010 James Beard Foundation Award winners are getting together to start some delicious trouble in Philadelphia. Best Chef: Great Lakes winner Koren Grievseson and hometown hero Jeff Michaud, winner of Best Chef: Mid-Atlantic will be at Osteria for this special Celebrity Chef Tour event, preparing a menu of inventive European dishes, to be held October 28 at 7 p.m.
The Celebrity Chef Tour brings the experience of dining at the prestigious James Beard House in New York to a city near you. You’ll enjoy an extravagant multi-course dinner with wine pairings and have a chance to meet and chat with some of the country’s most famous chefs.
