Mid-Month Mojitos at Station Bistro

The middle of each month, Kimberton’s Station Bistro hosts Mid-Month Mixers where you bring the liquor (this month, rum is suggested for the themed Mid-Month Mojitos) to the BYOB and they provide the mixers. Along with the make-your-own cocktail party, the New Orleans-inspired eatery, owned by Nancy and Craig Miller, is providing a summertime buffet and asks those attending to please RSVP prior to next week’s event.

The mid-week affair is 5:30 to 7 p.m., with a cost of $20-25 per guest.

Mondays nights are All-You-Can-Eat Ribs; first Monday of the month features Cajun Gumbo; and beginning this summer, breakfast is served every day, Mon. – Sat., 8 – 11 a.m.; Sun., 8 a.m. – 1 p.m.
