Restaurant Week Comes to Conshohocken!


Gypsy Saloon & Stella Blu to Participate

Gypsy Saloon, Stella Blu and over 15 other area restaurants have joined forces to launch Conshohocken Restaurant Week. Restaurant Week will be held from Monday, June 14 – Sunday, 20 and will feature fixed priced menus at participating restaurants and bars on both sides of the bridge, along Fayette Street and in the neighborhoods.

1st Course (Choice of)
Crab Salad
with mango, fennel and avocado

Fresh Mozzarella & Tomato Tower
finished with basil and balsamic drizzle

Gazpacho Verde
topped with crab and avocado

Lobster Mac & Cheese

2nd Course (Choice of)
Linguini Aioli
with squash, broccoli, snow peas and shaved parmesan reggiano

Thai Marinated Hanger Steak
with spicy green papaya crab salad

Grilled Salmon
with sauteed cherry tomatoes, lemon basil butter and spinach mashed potatoes

Cinnamon and Coffee Rubbed Sea Scallops
with saffron risotto and lobster sauce

NY Strip
with sauteed heirloom tomatoes, thyme, rosemary and horseradish mashed potatoes

Almond Crusted Salmon
topped with saffron cream sauce with sauteed zucchini and mashed potatoes

topped with crumbled bleu cheese and red wine reduction,

with asparagus, red peppers, mushrooms and onions, in white wine pesto sauce

Breaded Veal Cutlet
over a salad of shaved fennel, tomato, calamata olives and capers
