Where: Restaurant Alba, Malvern, PA
When: Sunday July 25th, 6:00 pm
What: Victory Beer Dinner. $65 per person plus tax and gratuity
Let your taste buds savor victory on Sunday, July 25 with a five-course menu prepared by Restaurant Alba’s chef/owner Sean Weinberg. Each course pairs a Victory beer. As you enjoy the couplings Steve German, Victory’s VP, will elaborate the characteristics of each brew.
Chef Weinberg’s cooking tenure in the rural town of Alba in Italy’s Piedmonte region taught him the importance of keeping seasonality and locality in mind when developing dishes. It is this practice of using the ingredients on-hand daily that became the concept for his casually elegant dining experience. He features hand-crafted, locally grown artisan foods simply prepared over the kitchen’s signature live fire wood-burning grill.
Chef Weinberg is also a Slow Food ambassador and enlists sustainable practices every day whether he is re-using embers from the grill to cook or purchasing products from ethical and sustainable sources.
Space is limited. For reservations, call 610-644-4009.
