We are seeking professionals able to assist in preparing and executing the menus offered at the Four Dogs Tavern and Marshalton Inn. We are a unique dining destination located four miles west of West Chester. Two separate, but adjacent, restaurants that offer high quality food and two distinct dining experiences. Both offer an American brasserie menu. Our goal is to provide great food in a relaxed and fun atmosphere. Please forward a resume for consideration.
*Effectively support the Executive Chef in all aspects of food preparation
*Prepare meals to order according to established policies and procedures
*Maintain high food quality
*Control waste and food cost
*Maintain health and safety regulation standards
*Minimum 5 years of experience in a line cook position.
*Must be energetic, friendly, positive and passionate about the restaurant industry.
*Experience in privately owned restaurants preferred.
*Must be able to work as a team member in a high volume environment.
