Sneak Peek at West Chester's Mas Mexicali Cantina

Last week I got a sneak peek at Dave Magrogan’s latest restaurant concept, Mas Mexicali Cantina. The restaurant will take the place of former Mexican restaurant, Coyote Crossing. I have to say, I’m pretty excited to have access to my favorite outdoor dining spot in West Chester… on the rooftop.

The interior is being remodeled and outfitted with family-friendly downstairs and sexy lounge and bar areas upstairs.

The restaurant is the brainchild of his Doc Magrogan’s Oyster House partner, John Caulfield and will feature affordable family favorites like fresh salsas, spicy tacos, bandito burritos, sizzling fajitas, and endless chips and salsa.

“It will be Spanish-California rock-and-roll,” Magrogan said. “There will be value for families and late night atmosphere.”

A recent job fair was held for Mas Mexicali Cantina in search of “Passionate, Dedicated, and Talented Team Members.
Positions include Bar Staff, Servers, Kitchen Staff, Hosts, Security, and Floor Staff.”
