There is so much happening at Avalon BYOB!  With Beer Dinners, Cooking Classes and a new Spring Menu.

Here’s the scoop on everything else…

Victory Brewing Beer Dinner — Beer & Grilling – the perfect combo for a warm spring evening! Join us for a 4-course dinner featuring produce from local farms paired with beers from Victory Brewing. Brewmaster Bill Covaleski will be here to discuss the beers on Tuesday, June 1 at 7 p.m. For $50 per person, including 4-course dinner with beer pairings. Reservations needed. Call 610/436-4100


Farm to Table Pig Dinner — Join us for a 4-course dinner featuring dishes made with different parts of a Duroc pig with vegetables & grains from farms in Lancaster and Chester counties. On Tuesday, June 22 at 7 p.m. For $50 per person, including 4-course dinner. Reservations needed. Call 610/436-4100.


Cooking with Your Kids — This hands-on cooking class is designed for an adult with a child. On Tuesday, June 15 from 6:30 – 8:30 p.m. Lots of tastings! Bring your children or grandchildren for this fun, informal class. Together we’ll make simple Italian dishes including fresh mozzarella, pasta with basic red sauce and shrimp, and balsamic strawberries with ice cream. For $45 per adult & free for first child, including class and tastings. Additional children $20 each. Reservations needed. Call 610/436-4100.

Grilling on the Patio — Chef John Brandt-Lee will offer a small, hands-on grilling class on Tuesday, June 29 at 6:30 p.m. Learn to grill meats and vegetables in this fun class in the courtyard at Avalon — Just in time to learn new techniques that will make your 4th of July BBQ a real crowd pleaser! Limited to 12 people. For $45 per person, including class and tastings. Reservations needed. Call 610/436-4100.
