Victory Brewing Beer Dinner — Beer & Grilling – the perfect combo for a warm spring evening! Join us for a 4-course dinner featuring produce from local farms paired with beers from Victory Brewing. Farm to Table Pig Dinner — Join us for a 4-course dinner featuring dishes made with different parts of a Duroc pig with vegetables & grains from farms in Lancaster and Chester counties. Grilling on the Patio — Chef John Brandt-Lee will offer a small, hands-on grilling class on Tuesday, June 29 at 6:30 p.m. Learn to grill meats and vegetables in this fun class in the courtyard at Avalon — Just in time to learn new techniques that will make your 4th of July BBQ a real crowd pleaser!
