As  a very special event hosted by Fair Food and local food writer and cheese guru Madame Fromage, for $35 guests will enjoy a 5-course feast of farmstead cheese from the local foodshed with craft beers and farm fresh accouterments. The food-savvy crew plans on featuring the creamy pleasures from GRID Magazine’s Holiday issue spread, a lineup as told by Ms. Fromage, which included cheeses that range from Calkins Creamery’s bloomy blockbuster raw milk brie to Amazing Acres‘ liquor-laced wrapped goat cheese. For the evening’s full cheese roundup, click here. Accompaniments to chunks of honor include candied bacon, apple chutney, quince paste and cranberry honey.

The Foodery will be generously donating precision pours for each cheese and delighting attendees with their beer expertise. Brews to be paired include: Dogfish World Wide Stout, Fegley’s Space Monkey, Yard’s ESA, St. Somewhere Saison and Flying Fish Exit 6.

It is also revealed that the delicious night will also include surprise guests–none of the above would you ever want to miss! Tickets can be purchased at the Fair Food Farmstand. Seating is limited to 15.
