On Sunday, October 16th, The Philadelphia Chapter of Les Dames d’Escoffier will host their 2011 Scholarship Fundraiser at Susanna Foo Gourmet Kitchen (555 East Lancaster Avenue, Radnor).
This special event, open to the public, is the leading fundraiser for the organization’s growing scholarship program. Guests will be treated to a globally-inspired menu featuring recipes from Susanna Foo’s cookbook, Fresh Inspirations, along with a selection of wines from renowned Wente Vineyards, a national sponsor of Les Dames d’Escoffier International. Each guest who attends will receive a signed copy of the book, and will also be given the opportunity to chat with Chef Foo and Amy Hoopes, Chief Marketing Officer for Wente.

philanthropy. Our members share their knowledge through programming such as our bi-annual symposium and provide leadership, educational and philanthropic events for the local community. We also award scholarships to young women in
the culinary and hospitality fields.
