Chester County Cuisine and Nightlife Celebrates Two Years!

CC is proud to be your guide to arts, entertainment and dining in Chester County, and we thank you for supporting us over the last 24 months.

In late March 2009, The Daily Local News partnered with wcdish.com to create Chester County Cuisine and Nightlife to showcase all the goodness that our county has to offer and we are happy to celebrate our two-year anniversary!

Chester County boasts some of the best restaurants and entertainment, and with so many local food producers, restaurants and events, it has been our honor to provide this publication for the community. With a distribution of 16,000 issues to more than 300 locations (and growing), we have been able to reach a new audience to help bridge the gap between the daily paper readers and an online media generation.

We thank you for stopping to pick up a copy every two weeks, and we are so thankful to our advertisers who have been with us since the beginning, and for our new advertisers as well.  We look forward to bringing you all many more years of deliciousness and fun.

“It has been two fine years working on CC,” said editor Andy Hachadorian.  ”The hope was to bring a dining and entertainment publication to Chester County with a little bit of flair. I think we’ve done that and more.”

To celebrate two years and to thank our readers, we are giving away prizes throughout April.  Tell us the two things you love the most about CC on our Facebook page to win dinners, gift certificates and more.

Here are what a few of our fans had to say:

“In each issue you can find recipes, restaurant features, tips on wine, beer, coffee, local produce, foodie events and of course, my favorite, He Said, She Said.  I love it.” –  Jen, 27

“CC keeps me up to date on what’s happening around WC. Plus there is always some recipe of food creation that I want to try.” – Keith, 35

“I love the He Said, She Said column. It’s always entertaining and fun to read.” – Brandon,33

“The wonderful dining choices, especially those that locally source their food and the efforts towards land conservation and away from sprawl … the fact that people are passionate about these causes and champion these efforts”- Betsy, 26

“I love how it’s readily available on our town corners — I’m always anxious for the next cover! My guilty pleasure is reading He Said/She Said.” – Kimmie, 32

“I love CC because it keeps me up to date with the latest happenings in the area and helps me plan my weekend adventures!” – Michelle, 28

Don’t forget to log on and tell us why you love CC to be entered to win! Our goal has been to showcase our area and we want to share it with you. But we also want you to share with us — go to a show we didn’t and you took pictures? Send them in! Find a new restaurant you think people should know about? E-mail us! It’s important to listen to readers to make sure we are satisfying everyone’s appetites.
