Diane’s Kitchen Cooking Classes/Parties, located in Exton, offers private cooking programs for a Girl’s-Night-Out, Couples Cooking Date, Personal Celebrations, Corporate Team-Building, Parties and Special Occasions. The following classes are offered in November:
Class 121711–ITALIAN CHRISTMAS PASTRIES
Date: Saturday, December 17, 2011, Time: 12:00 PM TO 3:00 PM
Guanti or Chruscik: A very thin pastry dough cut and tied in a knot, fried and dusted with confectioners’ sugar.
Struffoli or Pignolata a/k/a Honey Balls: A doughnut-like sweet dough in small chickpea size pieces fried and then covered in honey.
Class will make the cookies and take some home for their family.
