Goaty Goodness with Amazing Acres at Tria Fermentation School

Join Debbie Mikulak, owner/president of Amazing Acres Goat Dairy of Elverson, on Thursday, February 10 from 6:30 to 8 pm as she hosts a goat cheese-infused course at the Tria Fermentation School of Philadelphia.

“Cheese is a work of art,” says Debbie Mikulak, who owns Amazing Acres Goat Dairy with her husband Fred Bloom. In this course, attendees will taste the couple’s handcrafted masterpieces — from light Lemon Chèvre to ash–coated Sea Smoke and their newest creation, Baby Bloomer.

Support the Chester County farmstead cheese production and learn why the darling duo are so obsessed with their pasture–raised herd of Nubian goats, prized for their delicious milk. Local beers will be served to wash down all the goaty goodness.
