New Brews and Special Events at Iron Hill Brewery of Phoenixville

Brewer Tim Stumpf of Iron Hill Brewery & Restaurant of Phoenixville announces that they just tapped fresh batches of Belgian Pale Ale, Peach Ale, and Boysenberry Dubbel. Also, he notes, this year’s batch of Maibock already tastes great, and you’ll be able to see that beer mid-month.

This Friday, April 1st is a “First Friday,” and this Iron Hill location will tap a cask of Hoppopotamus for the night! This is the last batch of this very special hoppy ale, so enjoy the occasion and have a pint or two.

On Wednesday, April 20th, Oktoberfest egg rolls join Phoenixville’s menu, and more info is to come on that mouthwatering menu addition. Also, later in the month, on Thursday, April 28th, the microbrewery will have a special tasting of their American IPA paired with a salad of mixed greens with HOP vinaigrette! Also, on this night, they will be giving away free wine and bourbon barrels! The barrels are empty, but still intact (not cut in half), and they make great planters. How the evening will work: From 5 – 7 pm, on this Thursday night, every Mug Club member who shows their card will receive a raffle ticket. At precisely 7 pm, the raffle tickets stop, and they will draw 15 tickets and announce winners. No need for the winners to take the barrel home that night, the brewery will hold them for you, to be picked up at your convenience.
