Iron Hill Brewery & Restaurant of West Chester announces that they will be releasing their newest seasonal STREET LEGAL during tonight, Aug. 5’s First Friday festivities. Street Legal will be tapped and pouring as of 5pm!
This new draft beer is a medium bodied, light in color, American malt liquor. Brewed with American 2-Row malt and flaked corn, this beer weighs in at 7.5% ABV. And, let’s be honest, we know you’ve spent days drinking some sort of malt liquor, and if you come in and share a story with either West Chester brewers (Mike Rutkowski and Paul Rutherford) they will buy you your first STREET LEGAL.
Next Friday, Aug. 12. at 5 pm, Brewers Mike and Paul will be releasing yet another seasonal, the KRYPTONITE DOUBLE IPA. This hop bomb will make the biggest hop head smack their lips. KRYPTONITE was brewed with a whopping 60 pounds of American hops giving it a huge amount of hop aroma, flavor, and bitterness, balanced by a decent alcohol content of 8.2%. To coincide with this release, Iron Hill Brewery of West Chester’s chefs will be featuring some spicy food specials for you to match with your tasty beverage. So come in and treat your taste buds to something not even Superman could stand up to.
On Friday, August 19th, starting at 5p.m get ready Iron Hill’s version of Wrestlemania, as two beers go toe to toe, or better yet, tap to tap. This night, they will be tapping two casks, HOPKOWSKI vs. KRYPTONITE. Lucha Libre De Cervezas, is a cask challenge that pits these two beers against each other, and the first one to run out will be crowned king of the cask. In keeping with the Mexican wrestling theme, the micro brewpub’s executive chef has put together a taco menu that not even taco bell can keep up with. So come in on this night for an unforgettable evening of masked brewers, tacos, and of course awesome beer.
