Head over to Victory Brewing Company’s brewpub on Sunday, February 27 at noon for their annual chili cook-off! The yearly Chili Challenge will showcase the culinary skills of Victory’s creative staff, including everyone from the brewers, the sales team and the wait staff.
The delicious roundup of the various chilis will be critiqued by guest judges and also by YOU, the fans of Victory. Your vote will help select the winner of the People’s Pepper. The cook-off is free to all attendees, as are the many chili samples. Of course, plenty of great Victory beers will be flowing plenty at this food competition.
Be sure to come early to be able to sample the wide variety of concoctions from the many contenders. All are welcome and chilis are served first come, first serve. Voting will end at 2:30pm, with winners announced soon after.
