Chef Chip Roman, owner of some of the area’s most popular and critically acclaimed restaurants including Chestnut Hill’s, Mica (8609 Germantown Avenue), will celebrate Easter by serving a delicious brunch menu on Sunday, April 8th.
Mica opened in March of 2011 and has been running successfully ever since by offering a daily a la carte menu, exquisite tasting menus, creative cocktails and a thoughtfully crafted wine list. The immediate critical acclaim that was received from a LaBan review left people wondering if Mica really could turn out the “best, most polished cooking with satisfying compositions that were clever, intricate, and modern without being overwrought.”
However, the restaurant’s recent recognition from GQ magazine solidified any doubts that may have foolishly existed in the first place. Be sure to get a taste of all the hype for yourself. Visit Mica on Sunday, April 8th and enjoy the following menu for $45 per person. Seating is available from 10 am until 7 pm.

Dishes will include: Day Boat Scallop with charred romaine, horseradish, ruby beet and sorrel; Erdenheim Farm Lamb, from a local Chestnut Hill farm, with sunchoke, baby carrot and amaranth; and Chocolate ‘Ganache’ with peanut, sour cream and blood orange.
If you adore Mica, then chances are you’ll also love Roman’s other two restaurants, Blackfish and Ela, both of which will be serving an Easter Brunch menu as well.
