Oktoberfest may be over but the German-themed food that goes with it should never see an end. Some chefs, like Jeff Michaud and Brad Spence of Philly’s Osteria and Amis, happen to agree with that. In the latest episode of Dude Food on Youtube, the chefs decide to “break bad” in the kitchen and make mini soft pretzels and beer cheese.
