On Sunday, October 21st, the Chester County Food Bank invites everyone to bring their family to Springton Manor Farm and celebrate local food and community.
Those who are interested in Food Day on the Farm should pack up their locally sourced picnic and enjoy a day in the country sampling fresh local food, meeting local farmers, touring the Food Bank’s gardens and learning about their new school program. This event, which takes place from noon to 3 p.m., is FREE to attend and provides an excellent educational opportunity for all ages. Plus, nothing tastes better than off-the-farm food and that’s just what you will be getting!
Bring the whole family and friends too for this spectacular event. The farm is absolutely beautiful this time of year and is a sight that should not be missed!
