Chestnut Hill Farmers’ Market Experiences a Modern Redesign

However dearly you love the Chestnut Hill Farmers’ Market, there is a general consensus the space is ready for a bit of a make-over, maybe to “open things up a bit.” That is just what one company, Morrissey Design, has planned for the 7,000-square-foot indoor market.

They hope to work with each vendor and convert the current crowded alleys to a more modern grid where shoppers feel comfortable lingering at their favorite stands without being bumped or doing the bumping themselves. Because of the individual attention, each vendor will still remain unique but, ultimately, provide a unified sense throughout the market.
