Fleming’s Holds Glenfiddich Scotch Pairing Dinner, November 19

The four-course tasting set to debut at Fleming’s on Monday, November 19th is not your average menu. Mostly because the Radnor Steakhouse & Wine Bar has partnered with Glenfiddich, Scotland’s most awarded producer of single malts, to bring you a memorable evening of tasting and discovery, where each heart-warming scotch will be paired with a hearty menu course.

The event will begin at 6:30 p.m. and include the menu below for $95 per person.

FIRST COURSE

Scallop Salad

pancetta with toasted onion and frisée in a lemon-chili vinaigrette

Paired with Glenfiddich 12 Year Old Single Malt

SECOND COURSE

Slow-Roasted Pork Belly

over creamy chèvre grits, black cherry and a sweet onion chutney

Paired with Glenfiddich 15 Year Old Single Malt

THIRD COURSE

Fleming’s signature filet over crisp pimento potato cake and a mascarpone and blue cheese butter Tenderloin of Beef

Paired with Glenfiddich 18 Year Old Single Malt

FOURTH COURSE

Chocolate Budino
