Mondays aren’t always the most exciting. Many are bummed about the back to work factor but it’s easy to beat the slump. Even the slightest out of the ordinary occurrence on your agenda can turn that around. Something like a Revolutionary Lecture, complete with an 18th Century American Fare Buffet, soft beverages and coffee, and family style sweets might do the trick?
The General Warren Inne will host such an affair on 6 separate Mondays, beginning September 17th — full schedule below. Each lecture, costing just $40 for the education and food, will focus on a different subject and all benefits will go toward the Paoli Battlefield Historical Park. The series had a very tasty turnout in 2011 and they’re looking forward to an even bigger one this year. Join the GWI, an important element in the historic Battle of Paoli, and support efforts to preserve our local heritage!
Access to the room begins at 5:45 p.m. and buffet commences at 6 p.m. sharp. The Lecture begins promptly at 6:40 p.m. Q & A will start at approximately 8 p.m. Seating is limited, so watch the Calendar for on-line pre-registration and payment information as the lectures approach. All registration will be done through the General Warren Inne to avoid any overbooking.
Call The General Warren Inne at 610 296.3637 to reserve your spot for the September 17th lecture. They kindly ask you have a credit card ready to pre-pay $40.00 per person. Taxes, gratuities, alcoholic beverages are additional.
