It’s hard to believe Heirloom has only been on the Chestnut Hill dining scene for one year. The pristine offerings and creative cuisine from Chef Al Paris have certainly had a big impact in that little amount of time. Now, to celebrate the fans who made their successful first year possible, and to toast future fun, Heirloom plans to release an Anniversary Menu starting December 16th.
The menu, a three-course prix fixe, will cost $36.50 in honor of the 365 days they have been open. Chef Paris will wow his guests once again with the delicious offerings planned , which include crispy red snapper with orange polenta and kale confit; pistachio crusted venison with caramelized quince and braided red cabbage. To finish, you’ll enjoy chocolate pudding with salted caramel and chantilly cream.
The menu will run until December 23rd but if you can’t make it with all the holiday commotion, plan to pop in through January when chef Paris will be offering a new tasting menu each month that will focus on a seasonal ingredient. Cheers!
