Is there anything better than a remarkable chef with wondrous talent preparing a special six course dinner for you and a few other fortunate guests? Only if there are two of those chefs. And the chefs happen to be Al Paris from Heirloom and Georges Perrier, who first placed Philadelphia on the gastronomical map with Le Bec Fin and now owns Georges’ on the Main Line.
It just so happens there are two chefs and six courses, but only one night to experience this dream dinner. Early seatings will take place at 5:30 & 6 p.m. on November 14th and late seatings are permitted at 8:30 & 9 p.m.
Chef Perrier plans to bring his classic cooking style to the Heirloom kitchen. With Chef Al by his side, they’ll create the most tasteful dishes that highlight fall and all it’s magnificent flavors.
The prix fixe menu will cost $125 per person plus tax and gratuity. Reservations are highly suggested. Be sure to call 215-242-2700 as soon as possible if you’d like to secure a spot. Heirloom is a BYOB so come prepared with your beverage of choice.
