Are you a big fan of In Riva’s Napoletana-style pizzas? Sometimes the craving arrives when you’re not able to visit the Italian-inspired restaurant and bar. You might down some pasta or make chicken and broccoli but you’re left unsatisfied, no matter what you consume. There’s a need for the pizza!
Now you can have the authentic taste in your own home if you’re willing to roll up your sleeves a little. Chef/Owner Arthur Cavaliere announced the start of monthly, hands-on pizza cooking classes at In Riva.
Beginning Monday, September 10th, Cavaliere will teach 20 guests per class how to make the restaurant’s Napoletana-style pizzas from start to finish. Guests will learn the tricks of the trade as they stretch their dough, select their toppings and cook their creation in the 900 degree wood fire oven.
The class costs $85 per person which includes a 4-course dinner menu with wine pairings. Every class will begin at 7 pm. Private classes for special groups may also be held at request. Call 215.438.4848 to reserve your spot, public or private.
