October is Breast Cancer Awareness month, as many of you know, but were you aware of the sweetest way to support the wonderful cause? It all starts with Cupcakes Gourmet.
As the first couture cupcake shop in the Philadelphia area (now with three locations), they will be raising funds for PA Breast Cancer Coalition from October 15th through the 22nd. Where do you come in? Cupcakes Gourmet will be donating all sales from every pair of its white chocolate raspberry cupcake to the cause, so pop into one of their many locations (listed below) and buy your heart out.
The milky sweet morsels, that have the appearance of breasts, are concocted with Madagascar bourbon vanilla and a dollop of pink raspberry buttercream frosting, then the buttercream cake is dipped in a creamy Belgian white chocolate couverture and stuffed with a pink cream filling. They will be available in two cup sizes — mini and regular.
The cupcakes will be sold in pairs during the fundraising week and support the Cancer Coalition’s mission to serve and represent breast cancer survivors and their families in Pennsylvania. Be sure to stop in and pick up a sweet batch once October 15th rolls around! Every bite goes a long way!
