Local authors have organized to say thank you and show their support to the Chester County Book and Music Company. On Friday, October 26th, from 6 to 9 p.m., a long list of authors will be on hand to shop and socialize with book lovers during Local Lit Night. The list of authors scheduled to attend include:
Lisa Loeb* (local cookbook author), Cordelia Frances Biddle, Jen Bryant, Nero Blanc, Jim Breslin, Jessica Dimuzio, Merry Jones, Susan Beth Lehman, Bruce Mowday, Kathye Fetsko Petrie, Jan Mulligan, Marc Schuster, Kelly Simmons, Gloria Slater, Chris Shaughness, Jerry Spinelli, Eileen Spinelli, Joelle Sterling, Laura Tamakoshi, Walt Trizna and Steve Zettler.
Book lovers know Chester County Book and Music Company provides an incredible selection of books sold by a knowledgeable staff. They’ve hosted many author readings and book signings from a wide range of authors such as Joyce Carol Oates, Michael Chabon, Lisa Scottoline, former Governor Ed Rendell, Shania Twain, Apolo Anton Ohno, and others. The bookstore’s restaurant, Magnolia Cafe, has also been a regular meeting place for local book clubs and writing critique groups.
