Local Food Bloggers Launch Electronic Mini Mag, Featuring Cheese Pairings & Recipes

As a wonderful late Autumn gift from a few of the area’s greatest food bloggers, a mini e-magazine has emerged. The four digital pages of deliciousness have been crafted up by Marisa McClellan of Food in Jars, Tenaya Darlington of Madame Fromage and Jason Varney of Fussing with Forks. Combining their unique talents and love for food, and with a little help from Di Bruno Bros, the mini e-mag In Deep Autumn was launched.

You’ll find cheese, preserve and drink pairings within the mini-magazine, perfect for rounding off this fall season. They intend for readers to “gather your friends around a table, fill jelly jars with port, balance persimmon chutney atop a few crumbles of Stilton and appreciate the autumn,” as shared by Marisa McClellan in a personal blog post. After peering at a few of Jason Varney’s lovely photographs and taking a quick peek at the magazine in PDF, they  certainly don’t have to tell us twice. We’ll be gathering with friends in the very near future to recreate the digital pages and hope that you do as well!
