With a combination of vibrant energy, classic training, skillful technique and creative style, 25 year-old Chef Sulikowski plans to break the mold by using unique ingredients in a playful, exciting and ultimately delicious manner.
Don’t miss stopping in to try his maple bacon cake with sugar plum sorbet and hot sauce or the peanut butter powdered popcorn that he serves with a house Concord grape jam.
