Majolica’s classes will be somewhat unique from other cooking instructions, as it will consist of a very casual, but informative session at the very beginning of the night. Following that, Chef Andrew Deery will blow guests away by presenting a 4 to 5 course meal that incorporates some of the techniques previously taught in the class. The culinary “students” for the evening will have a chance to sample what they learned and understand what outcome they should be looking for when they return home and try it on their own.
Majolica lovers will have 3 separate chances to attend the cooking classes, all of which will run 6:30 to 8:30 pm and cost $65 per person. However, the 3 dinners will present different culinary themes so you’ll be able to pick your favorite and get tickets early. Fish, one of Chef Andrew Deery’s favorite culinary elements to experiment with, is the theme for the first class being held on April 10th. Another demo will focus on flavor profiles & combinations which you can attend on May 8th. Not to mention, the thoughtful restaurant didn’t forget about dietary needs and will be hosting their last class of this series on June 5th and it will be dedicated to vegetarian and vegan cooking.
