Paramour Announces New General Manager

Everyone loves a story about old-fashioned work ethic. You know the kind. A successful and generous person starts at the bottom, works hard to overcome whatever obstacles arise, and continues to climb the ladder to achieve their ultimate goals. That sounds a little bit like the story behind Paramour’s new General Manager.

Although he’s a well-traveled and exemplary restaurant professional now, Joseph Amrani didn’t just walk right into that title. After moving from France with the hope of starting a better life for his children in America, he began his hospitality career in this country as a Maitre D’ at the California Café. It took a lot of hard work and dedication mentioned but Joseph eventually landed a spot as manager of the Mobil Four-Star rated Brasserie Perrier, sister restaurant to the famed Le Bec Fin in Philadelphia. Later, Joseph opened and managed Georges Perrier’s suburban outpost Le Mas Perrier in Wayne.

With a few more decisions and obstacles between then and now, Joseph recently joined Paramour and they are very grateful for his expertise. Diners will be too, since the General Manager believes every guest must be treated as a VIP, and he plans to motivate the Paramour staff with that philosophy every day. Don’t forget to stop in, welcome Joseph and enjoy a delicious meal while you’re at it!
