Did you happen to catch a taste of Supper’s biscuits at the Night Market over the Summer? If so, you were witness to the start of a brilliant idea that is now re-surfacing.
Chef Mitch Prensky of Philadelphia’s Supper is excited to announce a pop-up of his popular biscuit concept, Scratch Biscuits, on Monday, September 17th, from 6 to 9 p.m. Since September is National Biscuit Month, the chef couldn’t think of a better time to bring them back. Plus, who turns down a tasty biscuit?
The fall weather will have everyone searching for hearty bites and they’ll find the most perfect one in the form of a biscuit. Diners visiting the South Street restaurant will be able to choose from four different types of southern style biscuits for $8 each, 2 for $15 or 3 for $22, along with sides like Braised Collards or BBQ Pork Rinds, available for $6 each. In addition, Supper will be offering homemade lemonade and sweet tea. Order it spiked if you’r feeling frisky!
This pop-up will happen fast, serving on a first come first serve basis, so spy the full menu below then get there as soon as you can and stock up on your favorites! The special event will also mark the opening of the restaurant on Monday evenings for the Fall season.
