You can buy all the frozen grocery stir-fry meals that you want but, in the end, the contents are still very processed, high in sodium and not healthy at all. But now those living on and around the Main Line have another option from Restaurant Alba.
They recently debuted their new line of pre-packaged healthy meals to go, “Inspired Meals by Alba.” All items are packed in microwaveable containers and can be frozen. They are made with whole foods such as local and seasonal vegetables and grass-fed meats. Items marked “Paleo” are gluten and dairy free. Some delicious options include Beef Short Rib with Cauliflower Puree, Braised Greens and Date BBQ Sauce or “Inspire” Almond Encrusted Chicken with Guajillo Chile + Peach BBQ Sauce and Smashed Avocado.
