It’s back again for a third rocking year thanks to the Steel City Blues Society and attendees like you. Locals to the Phoenixville area and even a few distant travelers will settle in at Reeves Park on September 8th to take in the various talents, young and old at the Third Annual Phoenixville Blues Fest. Vendors will be set up throughout the park, including many local restaurants offering festival cuisine. There is always a good helping of crafters, displaying blues infused art and other creative works.
The festival begins at 12:30 p.m., music and all, with the group Riley Road kicking things off. It’s FREE to attend. As usual, Live at the Fillmore (a very talented Allman Brothers Tribute band) will close the night from 9 to 10 p.m. Many other entertaining performances will unfold throughout the day, including the Blues Idol Competition Winner, and dancing is highly encouraged. Come and go or stay for the entire celebration!
