We often think of fine Italian meals being accompanied by wine, but not when Victory Brewing Company and the DiBruno Brothers pair up! This unique Italian dinner, being hosted jointly by Victory and the DiBruno Brothers on November 5th at Victory Brewing Company, will change the way you look at pairing up delicious Italian specialties.
A special six-course dinner is set to unfold featuring specialty items from South Philadelphia’s well known Italian Market paired perfectly with your favorite hometown sips. Food pioneer Emilio Mignucci from DiBruno Brothers and Victory Brewing Company’s Founder, Bill Covaleski, plan to co-host the event, personally presenting each course and explaining the married elements. This way, the meal will not only be delicious but you’ll also learn a thing or two. But don’t worry, it will still be plenty delicious. Just check out the menu below if you’re not convinced.
