Admit it. We know you love the food at Wyebrook Farm and long to create such delicious meals at home! Well, now you can with a little help from the chefs.
This Sunday October 7th, your favorite farm is offering their first cooking demo with Chefs Candy Argondizza and Marite Acosta. They will be showing how to prepare braised short ribs with celeriac puree and tomato and garlic confit starting at 5 p.m.
There will be a family style meal in the market area afterward, where guests will be able to continue the conversation with both demo chefs and Wyebrook’s leading lady, Janet, who is the full time Chef and Butcher. The cost is $75/person and is limited to 12 people.
