The weather is spectacular—time to head to the new second floor deck at Bisou!
White twinkle lights, lime-colored umbrellas, magnolia trees and vertical gardens provide an urban oasis with seating for about 25 lucky patrons. Be sure to stop by for some fresh blonde et roux punch! The luscious blonde refresher is made with local apples from Reading Terminal Market, brandy and spices, and the roux will cool you down with the flavors of stone fruit and tuaca, a vanilla citrus liquor.
